In Fiscal Year 2025, the consortium collectibily owned 8.3 million items, served 779 thousand patrons, and circulated items 1.3 million times through interlibrary loan.
SHARE cataloged over 10 thousand items for member libraries.
SHARE staff responded to 5,477 help desk tickets and 14,273 member emails for a total of 19,900 support events.
SHARE hosted 101 continuing education events which were attedned by 1,935 people for a total of 3,199.5 contact hours.
In FY2025 The SHARE Mobile Library app was used over one million times, the Aspen Catalog was used 20 million times, and over 340 thousand items were circulated on CloudLibrary.
The SHARE Consortium's cost per circulation was 80% lower than the industry standard in CloudLibrary.
SHARE members saved between 16 thousand and 314 thousand dollars in Polaris fees, depending on library type and size.
For every five dollars in member fees, SHARE had 3.7 ILL circulations and served 2.2 patrons.
