Polaris passwords must now be updated annually. If you have not updated your Polaris password within the last year, please visit the password reset page now. The password reset link can also be found in the upper right corner of the SHARE website in the System Status box.You will need to input your username, current password, and the new password you will be using. If you cannot remember your current password or have any other issues, please submit a help desk ticket.

Any Polaris passwords that have not been reset within the last year will expire on Monday, Nov. 3, so please update your password in advance.

Please note that after a password reset, if you log in with the staff client (Polaris app) and receive an error on the first login screen, you might need to correct your settings. Contact the SHARE help desk for support.
