The Lewis and Clark Digital Overdrive consortium transfer into the SHARE Cloud Library is in process. The content from this collection will start moving into the SHARE Cloud Library collection on August 9 and will be complete by the time you open on August 11. A big Thank You to all of the libraries in the L&C consortium for adding to our collection. Once the transfer is complete, your patrons will have access to over 35,000 items!
Don’t forget, patrons that have expired library cards, overdue fines, or lost materials can be blocked from checking out Cloud Library content through Polaris. To activate these settings for your library, simply fill out the Patron Initiated Renewal Blocking Conditions form on the SHARE website. Keep in mind that these settings will also block your patrons from renewing items via the PAC. Not sure if you’re settings are correct? Contact Traci and she will let you know what your current set up is.
Zinio participants can find the updated FY2017 SHARE magazine subscription list, here. Feel free to print and disseminate to library staff and/or patrons as you see fit. You’ll also find it on the soon to be updated SHARE website later this month!
eResource Renewals for FY2017 are complete with the exception of one. Wowbrary participants should receive renewal information directly from the vendor sometime this month. eResource invoices will be sent out sometime next week.
