Most patrons have updated to the new Cloud Library app with no problems, but iPad or iPhone users that are still on iOS version 8.x.x might be experiencing a bug. Bibliotheca pushed out an update to resolve this issue last week. Patrons that keep having to log into the app should check their app store for the updated version or uninstall the app, power off the device, and then reinstall the app.  Remember, Bibliotheca will be updating the Common Issues page on the Cloud Library website often (you’ll find this information has been added), so you might want to have it bookmarked.

Good news! We’ve got enough participants to start up our Zinio for School Libraries group. Students and faculty from participating school libraries will be able to start accessing the collection in mid-October. As a result, the agreement period will run from November 1, 2016 to October 31, 2017, meaning you’ll get two weeks of free access! Is your school library interested in joining? Read the Zinio for School libraries FAQ or contact Lesley Zavediuk, SHARE Circulation & Resource Sharing Specialist for more information. Already know all the details and ready to sign up? Go ahead and send me the Zinio Participation form.
