Express Cataloging Request (Formerly $3 Bib Request)

This form should be used to request a bibliographic record in the SHARE database.

Each bib record request should include the author, title, and OCLC number for a full MARC record.

Please do not send requests for bib records that do not have subject headings and otherwise, complete cataloging.

Beginning July 1, 2024, your library will be charged $4.00 for each bib record that is loaded into the SHARE database.
