03/14/2017 - 9:30 AM: We have received reports of users being disconnected and then reconnected from Polaris at this time.  We are looking into the cause of this.  In the meantime, if you have been disconnected/reconnected, and you can no longer print, please log out of Polaris for at least three minutes before logging back in.
