Automatic - To delete unblocked patron records automatically and to write blocked patrons to a record set for review and editing. Include the name of the record set that will be used.

Write to Record Set - To write all records (unblocked and blocked) to a record set for review and editing, then for manual deletion. Include the name of the record set that will be used.

None - Choose not to participate in automatic patron deletion.

Delete if inactive after how many days?

i.e. if inactive for one year, enter 365 days; if two years, enter 730 days; etc.

Blocks - specify the situations that should prevent a record from being deleted

Outstanding charge

Block if the last outstanding charge date is greater than the days entered.

Account balance

Block if the account balance due is over the amount entered.
