01/10/2018 - 2:00-2:45 PM: Some users were getting disconnected from Polaris intermittently due to a load balancing issues between servers. This has been resolved on the back-end.
If your Polaris session is slow (likely from having too many users on one server), you may need to disconnect from Polaris, wait at least three minutes*, and then reconnect so you'll end up on a server with less of a load.
*: Any sooner than this will only reconnect to the server that you were on.
