We recently learned that Verizon and Spectrum (Xfinity) customers haven't been receiving their text message notifications. Thank you to our members for notifying us of this issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you and your patrons, and we appreciate your patience as we work with Polaris to find a solution.

In the meantime, those patrons receiving text notifications can receive email notifications in place of the texts.  In Patron Registration, under Notification Option, choose Email Address from the dropdown menu.  Add the patron's email address in the designated box. 

If they want to receive email notifications in addition to the texts, choose Email address from the dropdown menu and add the patron's email address in the designated box.  Their phone number and mobile carrier still need to be entered, as well as the TXT box option checked beside the corresponding phone number.
