Don’t forget, the FY2018 Cloud Library Renewal Survey will close on Friday, April 14. At this point, I’ve received repsonses from 164 libraries! Only 38 more to go. You can access the survey here: https://goo.gl/k29C3j. Annual agreements will be sent out next month and invoices will go out in July.
Did you know? Over 8,000 eAudiobooks were circulated in the Cloud Library collection in the month of March. That’s approximately an 18% increase in eAudiobook circulation in one month!
Zinio for Schools renewal forms will also be coming out in the next couple of weeks. I’ll also be asking for input regarding our bundled magazine selection to see which titles we may want to add or drop. Renewal forms for our Public Library group will come out in late May.
Did you know? Article Search is available in both the public library and school library Zinio groups. There were a few technical issues when it was first added, but those issues have been corrected. To access article search, users simply log into their account and the Article Search link will appear. Click on the link and you can search for keywords that appear in articles available in our collections.
MyMediaMall renewal forms should be out by the end of April. At this point it appears that there will only be a slight increase to fees for FY2018. Invoices will be sent out in July.
IHLS Member Day is less than a week a way! Several of our eResource sales reps are attending. You’ll find Recorded Books, EBSCO, and Bibliotheca at the vendor tables. I’ll also be hosting a Cloud Library Users Group with Brett Ward from Bibliotheca. Brett will show off some exciting things coming to the Cloud Library and we’ll moderate a discussion where you can ask questions and give direct feedback.
