Searches
- When performing a title search, results will no longer draw from series titles, alternate titles, or table of contents titles. This will reduce the number of unhelpful results. – Sponsored by SHARE
- Saved searches and recent searches are now separated in patron accounts. Saved searches can now be sorted and filtered. Patrons can now receive email notifications when new titles are available in one of their saved searches.
- When search results contain multiple pages, users now have the ability to jump specific pages.
- Improved functionality for locked facets.
Indexing
- Records that contain the term picture book in the 650 or 655 fields will be marked as Picture Book.
- Aspen will now check fields 245a and 246a when checking for Tonies and Yotos.
Miscellaneous
- Assorted bug fixes
- List covers will automatically regenerate when lists are edited.
- Screen readers will now ignore book covers in search results, reducing redundant information.
- Imported Hoopla records will include improved metadata, such as series number, Lexile score, and audience.
