Closing Dates

This form is designed for SHARE members to report specific dates when your library will be closed in Polaris, as well as any dates when you will not require IHLS delivery services. By providing this information, you help ensure that fines and due dates do not affect your patrons during these closures, and that IHLS does not deliver materials to your library that will not be processed before your next scheduled delivery date.

To view your library's previously submitted closing dates in Polaris, navigate to Utilities, then select Reports and Notices, followed by Tools, and finally click on Dates Closed. This will provide you with a comprehensive list of all previously recorded closing dates.

*Effective November 2024, SHARE members no longer need to report closure dates to both SHARE and IHLS Delivery help desk. The information recorded below will be reported to both SHARE and IHLS delivery staff.
