Polaris Inventory Manager Request

Please fill out this form and you will be emailed instructions on how to install the Polaris Inventory Manager Software (PIM). PIM must be registered for every computer that runs it. This requirement is due to the fact that Polaris creates a license file for each computer name that runs the file.

Where do I find my Computer Name?
