The following resources cannot be added to the collection:

  1. Advance reading copies or uncorrected proofs of books (Exception: items that are considered to be of historical significance may be retained but should be marked as non-circulating.)
  2. Advance screening copies of videos (Exception: items that are considered to be of historical significance may be retained but should be marked as non-circulating.)
  3. Pirated or illegal copies in any format (books, sound recordings, videos, etc.)
