The following resources CANNOT be added to the collection:

• Advance reading copies or uncorrected proofs of books
• Advance screening copies of videos.
• Pirated or illegal copies in any format (books, sound recordings, videos, etc.)

Exceptions:

Items of historical significance may be retained but should be marked as non-circulating.
