Renewals

Library staff may try to renew items, as requested by the patron, but may not override a block to renewal if the item belongs to another library.
They may override blocks if the item is owned by their library.
Requesting libraries should request permission from the loaning library if maximum renewals are reached and additional time is needed. Requesting libraries should not allow recurring checkouts (checking the item in, then checking it back out again to the same patron).
