- A Registered at: Set for correct school.
- B Patron code: Select Student.
- C Address (Street One): Enter the student's graduating year.
- D Address (Street Two): Can either be their home, school, or blank.
- E Get to this screen by clicking General icon.
- F Password: Need to enter if they want to place holds from the PAC.
- G Homeroom/Location: Can put in any format but must be consistent.
