We have a failed network card on one of our servers that needs to be replaced tonight. Because of our redundant systems and failover plans, performance is not currently affected. However, we want to fix this issue as quickly as possible to restore our redundant systems.
The service outage will begin tonight (5/12/16) at 9PM. It will affect all systems at some point. The staff client, PAC, LEAP, SIP, and all other Polaris services are likely to be down at some point.
We hope to have everything restored by midnight.
