There is an issue with some of the Polaris remote session servers. As a result, the remaining session servers are carrying a larger load than usual, slowing things down. We should have the issue resolved this afternoon. Please check this website for further updates.
Also some users that were connected to the affected servers may have been disconnected between 11:00-11:15 AM. Those that were affected should be able to log back into Polaris now.
