Some users unable to connect

9/23/2016, 1:45 PM: Some users are unable to connect to Polaris.  RemoteApp box appears, and then disappears after 30 seconds. 

One of the session hosts is having issues allowing users to log in. 

If this is happening to you, please close completely out of all Polaris and Internet Explorer windows, wait at least three minutes, and then try to sign back in--you will be connected to a different server. 
(any sooner than this and you will be directed to the same server)
