11/30/2016, 2:30 PM: Some users are reporting that Polaris freezes with a "Not Responding" message after clicking "Check-In" or "Check-Out."  We have narrowed down the issue. 

For those of you affected, you will need to log completely out of Polaris, wait at least three minutes (any sooner and weird things can happen!), and then log back in.
