12/5/2016, From Approx. 9 AM - Ongoing: Some users are experiencing a "Switch To/Retry" message when searching through items on hold or placing holds. Clicking either option will cause the message box to reappear or will stall the process out with a "Not Responding" message. We are aware of the issue and will post an update once we find a solution.
If it's a short query, the message box/"Not Responding" message/spinning circle may go away after 1-2 minutes. If it's an extended query, it may be best to call Traci at 618-656-3216 x620 to work with your individual situation.
