03/31/2017 - Intermittent loss of printers

Some users are experiencing the issue with printers not appearing in Polaris.  We are continuing to work on this issue.  In the meantime, you may be able to work around the problem by logging out of Polaris, waiting at least three minutes, and then logging back in (unfortunately, this does not always work).
