Charter Internet customers near O'Fallon and Collinsville experiencing issues.
Charter Internet's path to the ICN and our servers is currently experiencing a lot of lost packets. This seems to be isolated to Charter customers in the O'Fallon and Collinsville area. While this isn't a degredation of the Polaris services, this does reflect some of our libraries that aren't able to connect.
