06-07-2019 - Some libraries are experiencing issues connecting to Polaris with certain firewall/router settings. In particular, if various ports higher than 50000 are not being allowed outbound, an error message "Your computer cant connect to the Remote Desktop Gateway Server, Contact your network administrator for assistance." We are investigating and will post an update as soon as we have more information and/or a solution.
