- Partial Print Jobs (e.g: not all pages print): Some users are still experiencing this issue. If you are affected by this, please call us at 618-656-3216 and we will walk you through enabling and gathering detailed logs from ScrewDrivers for further analysis.
- Label Manager Not Opening: If you are experiencing this issue, please log out of Polaris and restart your computer. Once you log back in, you will be assigned to a different server and Label Manager should be working for you. If it is not, please call us at 618-656-3216 so we can troubleshoot further.
