The end of the school year is quickly approaching, and we hope everyone has had a wonderful year.
If you still need to, please fill out the Schools-End of the Year form. The tentative date IHLS Delivery will stop delivery to schools is May 19, 2023.
**Please note that if we do not receive a Schools-End of the Year form or email from you, your Request Manager will be turned off, and all active holds will be cancelled on May 10, 2023; we will restart your holds option on or before Aug. 18, 2023.
Helpful year-end tips:
There are a few reports that may help you at the end of the year:
- Items Out to Patrons from Other Libraries
- Patrons with Items Checked Out from Other Libraries
- All variations of Out-Overdues and Fines
If you use Leap, currently overdue notices and bills are available. The other reports listed above and all other specialized reports will need to run in Polaris.
You can access these reports from the Polaris Toolbar: UtilitiesàReports and NoticesàSchools. You may need to hit the refresh button in the top right corner to see all the reports.
