As of October 2022, please make sure that your Windows 10 operating system is updated to at least version 1809 (version 21H2 or later recommended):
Printing:
Once your computer has been updated you will need to download and install the following in order to print from the Polaris Staff Client (this is not needed if you only use LEAP):
"This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor."
...then you will need to install this version of ScrewDrivers instead:
As of December 31, 2024, the 32-bit v6 ScrewDrivers client will no longer work for printing in Polaris. To ensure future compatibility, please install a 64-bit version of Windows.
