Windows 10 Polaris Prerequisites

Updates:
As of October 2022, please make sure that your Windows 10 operating system is updated to at least version 1809 (version 21H2 or later recommended):

Printing:
Once your computer has been updated you will need to download and install the following in order to print from the Polaris Staff Client (this is not needed if you only use LEAP):

ScrewDrivers v6 client (64-bit)

NOTE: If you receive the following error message when installing ScrewDrivers:

"This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor."

...then you will need to install this version of ScrewDrivers instead:

ScrewDrivers v6 client (32-bit)

Future versions of ScrewDrivers will no longer be compatible with 32-bit versions of Windows. To ensure future compatibility, please install a 64-bit version of Windows.
