Don’t forget to check out the Community Carts in CAT if you don’t know what to purchase for the Cloud Library shared collection. You can easily move titles from a community cart into your cart with the click of a button. Some of the titles featured in our community carts this month are the 2017 ISLMA Awards, expiring content, and February 2016 Wishlist Requests.

Thank you for your participation in eRead Illinois! Almost 100% of our libraries renewed their participation in the Cloud Library shared collection for 2016, plus we added in a couple more. (Hi, Shelbyville CUSD#4 & Du Quoin Public!) There are now 170 library agencies providing more access to eBooks for their patrons!

As we near the end of another successful year for the eRead Illinois project – we thought it might be nice take a quick look back. Today, we’re looking at stats. Did you know that Mattoon Public Library had had the highest circulation for 3M eBooks this year at over 4,200? Salem Community High School wins the award for school libraries at an amazing 3,039!
